Robert Carpenter, Attorney at Law
Robert Carpenter is the owner and co-founder of The Law Office of Carpenter & Deisher, LLC. His practice focuses on bankruptcy and consumer protection. Mr. Carpenter is licensed in the state of Maryland and represents clients throughout Washington County, Frederick County, Carroll County, Allegany County and Garrett County. Additionally, Mr. Carpenter is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
Mr. Carpenter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Clemson University and worked for approximately ten years in the nuclear industry before taking a position at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Rockville, Maryland. Mr. Carpenter attended George Mason University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor. While attending law school, Mr. Carpenter assisted service members and veterans with legal issues through the George Mason University Clinic for Legal Assistance to Service Members and Veterans.
Mr. Carpenter currently serves as a full time employee of the NRC as an Enforcement Specialist. He works part time at The Law Office of Carpenter and Deisher primarily assisting clients with consumer protection issues.
